2024年11月10日修订并发布的《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》相比原办法有不少重要调整。以下将逐条引用新规定、标明原规定并解读修订内容:

第一条 Article 1

假日遇周末的补假规定 Weekend Adjustment for Public Holidays

鼓励结合带薪年休假形成长假期 Encouraging Longer Holidays with Paid Annual Leave

- 新规定 New Regulation: 全体公民放假的假日,可合理安排统一放假调休,结合落实带薪年休假等制度,实际形成较长假期。除个别特殊情形外,法定节假日假期前后连续工作一般不超过6天。 National holidays can be arranged with unified leave adjustments and paid annual leave to create longer holidays. 3. 月工作日减少:由20.83天 减少 至20.67天

4. 年工作小时数减少:由2000小时(250天 × 8小时/天)减少至1984小时(248天 × 8小时/天)。
Annual working hours decrease: Reduced from 2,000 hours (250 days × 8 hours/day) to 1,984 hours (248 days × 8 hours/day).
用人单位需调整工作计划和加班工资计算标准,确保符合新法规要求。
