全体公民放假的节日 National Holidays for All Citizens

元旦（1天）、春节（3天）、清明节（1天）、劳动节（1天）、端午节（1天）、中秋节（1天）、国庆节（3天）。

New Year's Day (1 day), Spring Festival (3 days), Tomb-Sweeping Day (1 day), Labor Day (1 day), Dragon Boat Festival (1 day), Mid-Autumn Festival (1 day), National Day (3 days).

- 新规定 New Regulation: 

新年（1天）、春节（4天：农历除夕和正月初一至初三）、清明节（1天）、劳动节（2天）、端午节（1天）、中秋节（1天）、国庆节（3天）。

2. 劳动节增加1天假期：新增5月2日为法定假日。One additional day for Labor Day: May 2 is now a statutory holiday.

部分公民放假的节日及纪念日 Holidays for Specific Groups

假日遇周末的补假规定 Weekend Adjustment for Public Holidays

- 原规定 Original Regulation:全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，则不补假。

2. 年工作日减少：由250天（365天-104天休息日-11天法定节假日）减少至248天（365天-104天休息日-13天法定节假日）。

Annual working days decrease: Reduced from 250 days (365 days - 104 rest days - 11 statutory holidays) to 248 days (365 days - 104 rest days - 13 statutory holidays).

3. 月工作日减少：由20.83天 减少 至20.67天

Monthly working days decrease: Reduced from 20.83 days to 20.67 days.

4. 年工作小时数减少：由2000小时（250天 × 8小时/天）减少至1984小时（248天 × 8小时/天）。

Annual working hours decrease: Reduced from 2,000 hours (250 days × 8 hours/day) to 1,984 hours (248 days × 8 hours/day).

用人单位需调整工作计划和加班工资计算标准，确保符合新法规要求。

Employers need to adjust work plans and overtime pay standards to comply with the new regulations.
